Data Capture: prospect and customer inquiries are consolidated, cleansed, source coded and entered into the marketing database. Inquires can be received via inbound phone calls, email, files, hard copy data entry as well as 3rd party interfaces.

Profiling and Assessment: We believe that effective lead management systems rely on inquiries that are data rich. At every interaction we work to build the profile of your prospects with actionable data.

Lead Qualification and Assignment: Once an inquiry has met qualification criteria and lead rank and score has been applied, we automatically assign the lead to the sales force for follow-up. Leads can be assigned based on territory, named account, industry, round-robin and various channels depending on your unique requirements. Auto assignment based on pre-defined rules allows for near real-time lead assignment and distribution.

Inquiry Fulfillment: An electronic or hard copy follow-up can be sent to inquiries including PDF/print collateral along with a personalized letter informing them of their assigned sales contact. Endless variations can be created to ensure each inquiry receives fulfillment tailored to their needs.

Closed-Loop Inquiry Management: Integral to any good inquiry management system is a platform that distributes, tracks sales steps and ultimately closes the loop thereby delivering information to improve the entire system. Performark's web based lead management tool, WebLeads, is a cost effective solution used by thousands of reps. However, a platform alone will not ensure leads are properly followed-up on. Performark works with our clients to implement web and phone follow-up processes to obtain data and close-the-loop.

Lead Nurturing: Not all inquiries are sales-ready, in fact in our experience only 25% are. The remainders are entered in to a lead nurturing plan utilizing trigger based, dynamic content driven, multi-media campaigns to convert the opportunity when they are ready.
