Data Hosting and Integration

Data Maintenance and Cleansing

Effective data cleansing steps like address certification, NCOA, merge/purge/dedupe, invalid flagging, and others can help improve or remove bad data so that your lead generation efforts can focus on viable opportunities. On a quarterly basis we provide our clients with a Database Assessment that provides insight on the marketability of their database. At the foundation of any succesful direct marketing program is a high-quality targeted list. We work with our clients to determine what criteria is essential for doing targeted communication. The database is then structured to map, store and utilize this information. Job Function and Job Level are two standard criteria fields that will mirror your audience and be utilized for targeted marketing.
