Performark Tapped by Aberdeen Group to Participate in 2008 B2B Teleservices & Technologies Study
April 17, 2008 - Performark, a pioneer and recognized leader in outsourced lead lifecycle management solutions, was engaged by the Aberdeen Group to participate in the first ever Teleservices and Technologies study. The result of this study will be the release of the 2008 B2B Teleservices Buyer's Guide based on “best-in-class" research results.
Performark's involvement in the study has included providing survey design review and feedback to the Aberdeen Group, Performark client interviews with the Aberdeen research team for publication in an early findings analyst insight paper, and co-branded direct marketing efforts to drive survey response demand for the research.

The study will examine the lead discovery and qualification pressures faced by organizations, the marketing actions they consider to drive peak performance, and how best-in-class performers utilize teleservices methodologies to improve results. The study will be released in late Spring 2008.
