October 1, 2008 - Performark is on the move to enhance our core capabilities and supporting processes to deliver accelerated and higher value solutions to our current and future client base. Specifically, we will be increasing our intellectual, financial, and operational focus on B2B marketing database solutions that drive high value lead lifecycle management programs. At a high level, Performark will be investing more heavily in high value database and professional service solutions, which, in turn, will deliver improved B2B lead lifecycle management program outcomes and increased return on marketing investment. To improve focus on our high value core competencies, Performark will begin to outsource certain commodity, low-value, services. Specifically, the services to be outsourced include warehousing and bulk fulfillment.
To ensure we retain business alignment, improve cultural fit, and to best position Performark to deliver maximum client value, we will be moving to a new office building. The new building will provide a more professional work environment and better support our continued migration toward a B2B marketing database-driven lead lifecycle management solution provider
